I also love the tone of this piece- yes women can travel in far flung, developing countries but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t think about their safety or be aware of any possible dangers. I think in a way some people forget this- they take the first part – i.e YES I CAN TRAVEL and forget the second. Can single woman travel safely in england. Single Woman Traveling To DubaiHi everyone, I (a non-Muslim man) am just about to leave (Aug 25th) for Tehran from Vancouver to join my wife (who is, by classification, Muslim - born in Iran). She is there for for the first time in over 10 years. Before she left about 6 weeks ago, we were married in Canada (non-religious ceremony), with plans to do the Muslim marriage when we are in Iran together. We are doing this so we can travel together freely in Muslim countries, as we have plans to do so somewhat regularly in the future. For now, however, before we can manage the Muslim ceremony (which apparently takes several weeks to arrange, waiting for medical exams, etc.), we want to travel to a few neighboring countries together. Does anyone know how difficult it will be for us if we attempt to travel together both in Iran and between Iran and neighboring countries prior to our Muslim ceremony? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
